Macro Photography : Eagle owl portrait by letiand
I took this picture at Secaucs 2014 Green Festival, New Jersey. This is the other side of face for this eagle ow, which I uploaded weeks ago:-). You can find there have a lot of tiny water drops above its eyelashes. it is funny as the master of this owl kept spray water on its face to keep it moisture and avoid dry of its eyes. Very careful master!
The Eurasian Eagle-Owl is a species of eagle owl resident in much of Eurasia. It is sometimes called the European Eagle-Owl and is, in Europe where it is the only member of its genus besides the Snowy Owl, occasionally abbreviated to just Eagle-Owl.
