Mercury Marine launched its largest outboard engine ever, the 600-horsepower V12 Mercury Verado. The engine has a two-speed transmission as well as a steerable gearcase that rotates dual contra-rotating propellers up to 45 degrees via joystick for precise boathandling at slow speeds.
