Macro Photography : Lotus of ancient Japan by Akihiro_Satoh

The Gyoda lotus (ancient lotus) appointed to “a natural monument” of Gyoda-shi, Saitama is told to be a lotus from 1,400 years to 3,000 years before I have a primitive form.

A seed excavated accidentally germinated naturally and, in the case of the public accommodation construction that was close to the village of the ancient lotus, revived, and it was discovered in the pond that I flowered. The fruit of many lotuses unexploited deep in the ground is excavated, and it is said to be an extremely rare thing it germinates naturally, and to have flowered all at once.

At the village of the ancient lotus, I bring up the ancient lotus which becomes the symbol of Gyoda-shi and have you enjoy pretty Old flower
